1. Rafs Web agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to buy the
following described property:
Set up of one web site, Including domain name ( .com, .net
etc.) and hosting.
2. The Buyer agrees to pay Rafs Web the total purchase
price of $740.00, payable as follows:
$100.00 non-refundable deposit herewith;
$640.00 balance by cash or certified check at time of your
approval of the initial site completion.
3. Rafs Web uses yahoo servers and cannot be responsible
for down time due to yahoo.
4. Rafs Web will add changes to your site after the initial set
up is completed, at the rate of
$10.00 a change. ie: new pictures, text.
5. $740.00 will be due 15 days prior to the end of 1 year of
the site set up to continue the site
for another year. This rate is subject to change.
